Yarn Sales Manager

Location: Greensboro, NC

Job Description:

As the Sales Manager you will be an integral part of the leadership team for a growing global yarn manufacturer. You will act as the liaison between customers and various departments in the company to communicate all aspects of the sales process. You will call on knit and woven fabric producers selling into the following markets: industrial, automotive, packaging, contract, upholstery, and medical.  You will establish goals and objectives based on previous sales and annual market trends.  You will report to the President of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling yarn. This may include but not be limited to the following types of yarn: spun, filament, and texturized.
• A drive to build relationships with new and existing customers to better meet their needs.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Ability to work from a home office- this role will be remote and you will travel to the customer site occasionally to meet with the leadership and manufacturing team.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time.
• Meet timelines with all customers and tasks assigned
