Growing company seeks a Production Manager to manage their operation. Excellent growth opportunity!
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for providing support, direction, and guidance to Shift Supervisors and Production Associates. You will report to the Director of Manufacturing. You will be essential in growing and developing Shift Supervisors and Production Associates. You will use lean manufacturing tools to improve the manufacturing processes and reduce costs. You will also lead new capital equipment start-up and hire additional Production Associates.
Job Requirements:
· At least five years of proven success as a Production Manager in a manufacturing plant.
· Excellent people management and development skills.
· Previous experience managing Shift Supervisors in a manufacturing plant.
