Job Description:
Rapidly growing manufacturing operation in East Tennessee seeks an Operations Manager to lead a seven-day a week, 24 hours a day manufacturing operation. The Operations Manager will also lead the following departments: Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Production Management. The Operations Manager will report to the General Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Manufacturing management skills leading the following departments: Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and Production Management.
- Experience working in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment.
- Military background is a plus.
