US CEO

We have been retained by a global consumer packaged goods company to conduct a search for a US CEO. This position will lead North America sales, operations, and the US manufacturing supply chain for a $150MM business unit selling to retail. Manufacture and sell private label branded products to big-box retailers, value stores, and large end-use customers. Develop and lead business strategies to grow the US footprint.
This position is an incredible opportunity for a VP of Sales leading retail CPG sales and now move into a Chief Executive Officer position.
Required Qualifications:
- CPG product sales leadership experience to retail
- Experience leading manufacturing operations over $100 million
- Full P&L Responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
