Continuous Improvement Engineer

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Work closely with the manufacturing leadership to identify operational cost variances and develop plans for improvement. 
Identify and lead projects to improve manufacturing cost performance.
Improve manufacturing efficiency and overall performance by identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Must have 10+ years of experience as an industrial engineer, process engineer, or continuous improvement engineer within a textile products company. 
Carpet, yarn, or fabric manufacturing experience is a must.
