Job Description:
As the Project Manager, you will be vital in assuring the organization and progress of the company’s management team members. You will work alongside C-Suite executives to ensure all goals are met within the set timeline. You will provide support to executives here in the United States as well as globally to include Europe. You will be responsible for prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timelines are met. You will be responsible for gathering data and materials from executives to share with the leadership team to ensure they are on track to meet their KPI’s. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing/Engineering departments. This includes but is not limited to: coordinating and setting schedules, establishing suitable project management resources and methodology and resolving project issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience with C-Suite level executives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and skillset
- Proven ability to consistently meet time-sensitive goals and work under pressure to meet multiple priorities and deadlines
- Expert-level Microsoft Office Skills
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software such as Gantt Charts and Microsoft Project
- Polished and Professional communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent ability to handle project administration tasks in a corporate environment with experience in sales, manufacturing, logistics, and finance
