Our client is a long-established military products company that is acquiring other companies and experiencing rapid growth.
Human Resources Manager needed for their manufacturing operation in western North Carolina.
Work closely with the Plant Manager and handle all HR functions for this 175 employee location.
Responsible for benefits, recruiting and onboarding, payroll, OSHA regulations, etc.
Experience in a manufacturing plant is needed.

Must have 5+ years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with payroll systems (ADP) and proficient Excel skills are needed.
Must be a hands-on, out on the floor type person with a go-getter personality.
