Process Engineer

Growing textile products company seeks a Process Engineer. This company acquiring other companies and experiencing rapid growth.

Job Description:

• Lead process improvement activities in a cut and sew manufacturing plant.
• Report to the Director of Manufacturing and evaluate and implement process change to improve quality and efficiency metrics.
• Work closely with manufacturing plant associates to utilize root cause investigation technique to improve plant performance.

Job Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of cut/sew manufacturing plant process engineering or industrial engineering experience.
• Must have cut/sew manufacturing experience with apparel, home furnishings, or other sewn products. 
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
