Job Description
- US based company with 4 manufacturing locations seeks a Plant Controller.
- This manufacturing plant site employs 100 associates producing industrial products.
- Manage all finance and accounting responsibilities for this simple plant site.
- Provide financial partnerships with the Plant Manager to improve plant operational performance.
- Coach and mentor manufacturing leadership to help them better understand cost systems data and manufacturing financial performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of Controller or Plant Accountant experience with a manufacturing location or a warehouse/distribution center.
- Experience with general ledger and month-end closing process.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles.
- Bachelor of Accounting or Finance preferred.
