Nonwovens Plant Manager

Reports to the Owner and will be responsible for managing all manufacturing operations in this TS 16949 certified plant, including maximizing cash flow and profit, safety, and customer service. 
Direct reports include quality, manufacturing management, maintenance, and customer service.
Implement policies and procedures. Utilize reporting to establish KPIs. 
Develop continuous improvement programs 

Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of nonwovens management experience. 
Thermal bond experience preferred. 
Automotive industry experience needed.
