This manufacturing company has enjoyed over 30 years of success in Massachusetts and offers tremendous stability. In this role, you will report to the Director of Supply Chain and will be responsible for production, capacity, and inventory planning for this site using SAP. You will develop production plans to meet customer requirements and work closely with manufacturing, customer service, quality, procurement, and finance departments. Drive continuous improvement of demand planning and S&OP processes. SAP Super User experience is preferred to lead others in the new implementation of SAP for planning and scheduling. Other ERP experience will be considered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in production planning with 5 years of SAP or other ERP experience.
- SAP Super User preferred.
- Understand root cause analysis in regards to planning.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
