Unique opportunity to join an organization that will totally change the way we think of apparel manufacturing. This role will lead the start-up of apparel microfactories in the US producing cut and sew apparel. You will work with in-house robotics engineers and software developers to design the systems and equipment needed to create and design the most advanced apparel manufacturing facility in the world. This role is forward-thinking and must embrace change to drive new technology into the apparel manufacturing space.

This person can live anywhere in the US and travel to manufacturing sites and corporate centers as needed. Competitive salary with bonus, equity, and other incentives.

• Must have 10+ years of executive leadership experience leading cut and sew apparel manufacturing plants.
• Must have experience implementing new manufacturing processes into apparel manufacturing operations.
