Quality Assurance Manager

Global, Family-owned industrial products manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team. This role is open due to a promotion from within the company. You will manage a small team of quality engineers and report to the Plant Manager and be a member of the plant leadership team as well. You will work to ensure all quality processes and documentation are up to date and correct. You will work closely with auditors and organize audits for the company. You will be involved in projects and improvements throughout the plant as well.

Requirements:
-Engineering degree
-3+ years of hands-on quality management experience
-Prior experience leading or managing others preferred
