Director of Maintenance

Global manufacturing company seeking Director of Maintenance to lead maintenance of a large 24/7 multi-shift manufacturing facility. The Director of Maintenance will oversee plant maintenance including preventative maintenance and reliability. You will lead a team of 30 – 40 technicians and engineers. Ensures compliance of company policies and procedures, safety regulations, GMP’s, and SOP’s. Works with Scheduling and Production to coordinate, plan, and execute plant downtime to facilitate equipment installation or repair projects.

Must have experience:

• 5-10+ years managing a 24/7 multi-shift operation,
• strong preventative maintenance experience and a college degree are preferred.
