Assistant Plant Manager

Over 100-year-old company seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to oversee their weaving operation. The goal for this position would be to grow into the Plant Manager within 3-5 years. This is a very stable company that has experienced continued growth throughout the pandemic. 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on weaving experience
• Ability to help troubleshoot problems with looms and provide guidance to Loom Technicians
• Prior experience within production management
