Assistant Plant Manager to lead high-speed consumer packaged goods manufacturing operation. This opportunity is with the largest manufacturer in their product space globally. They have a long track record of continued growth as an organization and this position offers tremendous growth opportunities to grow as an employee. This position will be responsible for multiple shifts and have multiple departments reporting to them. This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-class CPG manufacturer and responsible for some of the most advanced manufacturing lines in the US.

Must have experience managing high-speed automated manufacturing, managed multiple shifts, and lean manufacturing implementation experience is required.

Bachelors degree within a technical discipline or Engineering degree preferred.
