Coley Company Announces New Team Member

We are excited to announce that in June 2016 Ross Coley joined Coley Company as Executive Recruiter. Ross, son of Doug Coley, comes from Sasser Companies where he led a team in project management and sales. Ross managed client relationships, recruiting, training, and coaching team members. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role as Executive Recruiter.
Ross has built a skill set focused on relating to people with a specialized view on the millennial generation. Ross says, “I bring the perspective of a new generation to Coley Company. It is easy for me to relate to millennials because I have shared a lot of the same experiences. I know what millennials are looking for in their career path and how they can make their company more successful.”
Ross’s passion for his new role comes from a desire to help people. “ I am excited to help others find a successful career path and help companies solve their biggest recruiting challenges.” The idea of joining the company is something Ross always wanted to do. “I knew that if I did not join Coley Company one day, then I would be missing out on a great opportunity. I am happy to join the team, and I am eager to make a difference in the textile, apparel and nonwoven industries.”
Doug Coley is thrilled to be in business with his son and knows he will bring additional success to Coley Company. “I know Ross will be successful,” says Doug, “He is a hard worker, and he wants to help those in our industry. I am happy he is part of the team and look forward to his many contributions.”
Ross graduated from Appalachian State University in 2009 where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order Fraternity. Ross and his wife, Brooke, reside in Greensboro where they are members of Mercy Hill Church. Ross enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting and hanging out with his dog, Dixon.
